ABOUT THE FRAY

Grammy nominated band The Fray rose to prominence in the mid 2000s with their smashing debut effort, How to Save a Life. The four time platinum selling album spawned mega Grammy nominated hits like “Over My Head” and the thrilling title track, both breaking into the Billboard Hot 100’s coveted Top 10. The band continued their amazing commercial success with subsequent releases, including the self titled Grammy nominated sophomore effort that featured “You Found Me” and “Never Say Never.” 

ABOUT DASHBOARD CONFESSIONAL

Dashboard Confessional started out a solo effort by singer-songwriter Chris Carrabba. With just his voice, guitar, and lyrics he created a record that changed the emo scene for the better. In 2000, he released his debut album Swiss Army Romance, an album that spawned his iconic hit, “Screaming Infidelities.” By the time their second album came out, Dashboard Confessional has turned into a full band with Chris Carrabba accompanied by two more members. “Screaming Infidelities” turned into a full production from its initial acoustic vibe. The band’s breakthrough into the charts was inevitable, proven by the success of their third album, A Mark A Mission A Brand A Scar. The album soared to number 2 on the Billboard 200 and topped the Independent chart and became the band’s landmark effort.

The Jones Beach Theater is a major outdoor concert venue located in Jones Beach State park in Wangtagh, New York. The facility is a complete open air venue with standing and seating accommodations totalling to over 15,000 capacity. The venue is equipped with state of the art sound and lights technology along with other incredible features. Recent renovations had this already awesome venue turn into a prime entertainment facility.
