In the early 2000s, rock music was rising high up with plenty of artists taking on the electric sub-genre of rock music back in the day. Breaking Benjamin stood out with their post-grunge and alternative metal bangers, striking souls with the release of their debut album "Saturate". Creeping up the record's 25th anniversary, the band is getting a headstart as it announced a massive 30-date 2026 North American Tour this fall. With special guests Chevelle, Starset, and Kami Kehoe, it's a solid lineup of the best rock acts.

New Music? Surprises on Stage?

After "Saturate" dominated the scene in 2002, the band has released five more albums, "Ember" being the most recent in 2018. Eight years since that record, Breaking Benjamin has teased new music and even new singles, yet official word of a full new LP isn't confirmed just yet. Well, one can hope, right? On this year's fall tour, we've got our fingers crossed that they'll unleash a surprise soon. No matter what happens, it's gonna be a sick celebration of their hits and alt-metal legacy. 

A Soundtrack of Life

All between the band's crazy tour schedules, creative clashes, and some band member shuffles along the way, Breaking Benjamin managed to pull through with six studio albums that shared their persistent passion for alt-metal tunes that hit hard. Their mega-hit singles like "The Diary of Jane", "Breathe", "Sooner or Later", and "So Cold", sold over 19 million units, with three multi-platinum, two platinum, and six gold record awards.

Their most recent "Dark Before Dawn" (2015) and "Ember" (2018) albums debuted at #1 and #3 on the Billboard 200, respectively. While it's been a journey of ups and downs, Benjamin Burnley stayed as the primary composer and lead vocalist since the band was born. With music style that remains consistent, Breaking Benjamin was always whole.
