Northwell at Jones Beach Theater
Wantagh! Long Island! New York City! What a weird day it’s been! We woke up in a Soho Doorway this morning with everyone asking us “Who Are You?!” and if we are Pinball Wizards - like, obviously not! So we rushed out without even taking breakfast because one of our favorite artists is playing over in Long Island tonight and we had to Get In Tune - and We Don’t Mind being Out In The Street all day, especially if it means we get to party with The Who all night long, too!
Who said Long Island wasn’t fun?! Who said The Who was done-zo?! Lies Lies Lies! ‘Cause The Who - our Daddy Rolling Stones who love to keep it real - are going on tour this summer! But not just any tour - their FINAl Farewell Tour! But don’t cry! Because on Thursday August 28th, you can catch them right here in Wantagh for their North American Farewell Tour, hitting the NYC metro area for all of our nostalgic pleasure - and so we can say goodbye, too!

The Who right here to the stage for their 2025 North American Farewell Tour. They will also be playing at The United Center in Chicago, two nights at Toronto’s Budweiser Stage, The Hollywood Bowl in L.A., The MGM Grand in Vegas, Atlantic City, and of course - right here in Wantagh for the Long Islanders out here.
The Who are one of the most iconic rock and power pop bands to come out of the middle of the 1960s - there’s no denying it. And with a career spanning six decades and multiple platinum hits, a Rock and Roll Hall of Fame induction, and legendary credits on their career like playing at Woodstock, the band formed in London after the bandmates met in grammar school. After establishing themselves around London and getting consistent gigs everywhere, They then propelled into stardom - tens of thousands of fans at every show, rockstar lifestyle, and a legacy left behind like no other for everyone to follow. And now, with a Farewell Tour finally here - we’re ready to cry one last time with everyone in the crowd as the band takes the stage, but also party as hard as we can all night long too, of course.
